On the road of Macedonian Truffles, together with children from QSI, May 2023 / DMWC Cultural Events

“Dobredojde Macedonia Welcome Centre organized a beautiful outdoor activity with the children from QSI International School of Skopje. The event involved a truffle hunt hosted by Tuf.mk Company.

Many smiles and much laughter lit up the children’s faces as they spent time in nature and made new friends, all while accompanied by specialized dogs of the lagotto romagnolo breed. These dogs were dedicated to their work, skillfully tracking, hunting, and retrieving truffles for the children.

After the truffle hunt, the children had the opportunity to participate in an educational and informative workshop led by the owner, Mrs. Valentina Mitrova. She provided insights into truffles and their significant role in gastronomy. And, of course, the event concluded with a truffle-themed tasting and lunch, filling the air with the delightful aroma and flavor of truffles.”
