I have always enjoyed movement, adventure, the unknown… I follow my impulses and am not afraid of failure. Because hey, isn’t that what makes us stronger and more experienced in the end?!
Because of my need to constantly move, I started 6 years ago to learn and grow in the field of sports. Over the years I became a trainer in yoga, children’s yoga, pilates, cardio, water gymnastics, etc. I am told that I teach with incredible ease and authenticity. That makes me happy! I am very passionate about teaching yoga or other sports. I always give it my best and want the best for my students. A little joke here and there shouldn’t be missing either. That’s just who I am and I try to show that to my students. I try to create a place where my participants can be free, without judgment. Allow yourself to BE!.
For me there is nothing more beautiful than the bright eyes and the gratitude of the participants after a yoga session. Yes, I love what I do!
What does the concept of Lifestyle mean to you?
Lifestyle simply means the way by which you live. Health and lifestyle go hand in hand. You might feel like you have a good lifestyle if you are physically active, eat healthy and generally experience a sense of wellbeing. Conversely, if you want good health you should also have a good lifestyle. Quality of life is a wide and somewhat diffuse concept that includes joy in, and a desire for, life. These are values that are rather felt than measured, which in turn are based on personal environment and choices.
A healthy lifestyle is not achieved overnight, but we have to be consistent. You have to follow a good plan based on healthy habits. By doing this, our bodies and minds will get in to a rhythm that will eventually become second nature. It’s common for people to have routines that are only a little healthy, or not healthy at all. Maybe that’s the way it is, because it’s easier and more comfortable than doing it correctly (or at least that’s the popular belief).
To sum up, quality of life is a combination of health, lifestyle, networks and social support. It’s about experiencing joy, meaning in life, satisfaction, security and a sense of belonging, as well as being able to use your strengths. It’s also about feeling interest in life, coping with everyday situations and a being committed to something or someone. If you have good quality of life, you will be able to cope better with the inevitable stressful situations in life.
Do you aspire to involve your life passions into your daily routine?
Оf course, even before I open my eyes, feeling the warmth and smell of my baby, I know I’m on the right path. Тhe role of a mother makes me alive and filled with positive energy. My motto is, whoever wakes up the earliest, he gets two happiness in the day :). I always get up first to dedicate time to myself. I start the morning with deep breathing and meditation, a dose of yoga and other exercises for the body. And so fulfilled I welcome the others to step into the living room and start the day together.
What do you consider to be healthy and gratifying lifestyle and what is your advice in creating and sustaining it?
Thanks to Demian, my love for yoga was awakened and together with him we created many children’s stories and awakened our imagination and touched many children’s hearts. Each laying on the yoga mat was a new experience and joy for us. As a yoga, pilates, cardio trainer, I try to introduce healthy habits into our everyday life. Training or any sports activity comes first for all of us. We also often practice together in our yard, of course through games so that Demian doesn’t get bored. And he rejoices and enjoys every sports activity because he wants to be strong like a Megalodon.
We try as a family to often prepare healthy dinners or breakfasts on the weekends and mentally taste the food. A favourite healthy habit or ritual for us is: the gratitude ritual. Each of us tells each other what we are grateful for today, what made us sad or happy, and most importantly we say if we helped someone during the day. This is how we discover little secrets that are hidden within us. The benefits of living a healthy lifestyle are almost limitless. Having healthy habits and routines will allow us to stay active and achieve our goals. In doing this, our internal satisfaction will increase and will remain at the highest level.
Where do you look for inspiration and motivation?
I feel inspired at the moment. More than anything else, I want to make the most of my life. In a way, that is my ultimate life inspiration. I want to free up time, push myself, and focus on projects and ventures that bring me joy. I’m hopeful, happy, and full of motivation. A lovely sense of purpose and progress courses through my veins. But, aside from the occasional bad day, I feel lucky that the general backdrop to my life feels positive right now. At a micro, day to day, level, though, I get inspiration from all manner of sources.
I listen to podcasts from inspirational people. I read inspiring books by inspiring authors, about interesting and inspiring topics. Sometimes I just look around me and find inspiration in the world outside. Each source of inspiration feeds into my ‘why’ and reminds me how I want to live.
Living in North Macedonia is exciting and distinct….
Life in Macedonia was adventurous for me, enjoying and exploring our natural beauties. I love to travel, whether in our small and beautiful Macedonia or outside of it. I consider traveling as a real escape from the daily routine of living. They are a great way to break the monotony of everyday life and responsibilities. I love to travel, even if it was a day trip to Popova Shapka, Mavrovo, Kitka, Karadžica, a weekend by one of our lakes, a visit to a Macedonian village or a trip to a foreign country. It doesn’t matter where, it only matters with whom (exclusively well selected and positive company) and how long it will last.
А few years ago I moved to Germany and continued my research passion there. Living here has honestly increased my quality of life and opened doors in many aspects of life. But I always return to Macedonia to see my loved ones.:)
